Shipping for us is SIMPLE.

We offer FREE economy shipping within Australia for orders over $99.

Our warehouses are situated in NSW, VIC and South Australia. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse.

If you need your order via Express, we can arrange that too. Call us before you place your order so we can calculate the additional shipping cost.  

What happens after I place an order?

After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This means that we’ve received your order in our system.

If your item happens to be on backorder, or is otherwise unavailable, we’ll let you know right away.

As soon as any backordered item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we’ll get your products on their way!

When and how will my order be shipped?

All orders ship promptly within 1-2 business days. We use standard carriers such as Australia Post and TNT Express to transport items to their destinations.

Do you send tracking information?

Yep, we do! Get excited for your order to arrive. You will receive an email with the tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

If, for some reason, you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days, feel free to follow up with us by calling 1300-622 318 or email Hello@seacraftco.com.au to check on your order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. Things can happen to any package during delivery, regardless of how carefully it is packaged!

If your product is defective, or sustains damage during shipping, please contact us right away at Hello@seacraftco.com.au and submit photos of your damaged item.

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our Customer Service team before we can process a refund.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

(You can, but why on Earth would you? 🙂) Just kidding — of course you can. To cancel your order, just reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order online. Tell us why you need to cancel and we’ll process your order cancellation and refund as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel, SOONER is better! If you cancel after your order has already shipped, you will also be responsible for return shipping charges, and may incur a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that you used when placing your order.

How do I return a product?

If our products don’t work for you, you can return your order for a full refund. Just contact us at Hello@seacraftco.com.au to start the return process. We’ll happily refund your purchase with zero hassle.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can! Please contact us prior to placing an order so we can calculate shipping costs and fees for your country.

Please Note: Customs, duties and taxes vary from country to country, and you are responsible for paying any such fees to import your order.
